Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Japan-Servo-Co SPU4F-008 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ekstrom-Carlson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the SJJ37A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Spec36P155Z509 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM2C78 by Manufacturer Ekstrom-Carlson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand SGMJV043A61 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mj-Tooling such as SD3260 equipment made by Mj-Tooling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mj-Tooling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mj-Tooling" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM23165MTPGA made by Moog as well as the popular SH025A4042 original spares produced by Textron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMAH04A1FAP41 by Yaskawa and SD3260 spares by Mj-Tooling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMPH01A1E41D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
